Hanover Police have been actively investigating several theft of packages from front porches in Hanover. A lone male had been seen on multiple occasions grabbing recently delivered packages and fleeing the area. Through investigation and local area knowledge Hanover Police were able to identify the responsible person using the description provided by witnesses. Hanover Police have charged a 51-year-old Hanover man under the Criminal Code with Theft. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
