On Sunday, July 18th, 2021, members of the Hanover Police Service investigated a theft from Wal-Mart. The suspect was observed taking $1400.00 in merchandise and leaving the store without paying. Through investigation police identified the 34-year-old female suspect of no fixed address. She has been arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with Theft and Possession of Stolen Property. She was released with an upcoming court date in Walkerton.
