On Saturday, January 8^th, 2022, members of the Hanover Police responded to the Rona store located at 506 22^nd Avenue regarding a theft which had just occurred. On arrival police located a well-known 48-year-old Hanover man. Hanover Police arrested the man who was found to be in possession of over $500.00 in stolen merchandise. He was also found to be in possession of suspected Fentanyl. The man was charged under the Criminal Code and held for bail hearing. He was later released by the courts.
