On Tuesday, March 2^nd, 2022, members of the Hanover Police attended a theft occurrence in the 400 block of 10^th Street. The suspect fled the area prior to police arrival but was located later that day and arrested. While in police custody, the same 31-year-old Hanover man broke a telephone and was further charged with mischief. Both charges were under the Criminal Code. The man was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
