Hanover Police have again been receiving reports of stolen license plates from parked vehicles. The vehicles have been at various locations within Hanover. Police would request that members of the public regularly check their vehicle and trailer plates to ensure they have not been removed. It is also a good idea to confirm that the proper plates are attached as sometimes thieves will attach different plates to a vehicle to avoid detection from the victim. If anyone has information about these thefts, they are asked to contact the Hanover Police Service or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or by submitting a secure Web Tip.
