On Sunday, August 21st, 2022, Hanover Police while on general patrol observed a known person in the downtown core. Police were aware that the 52-year-old Orangeville man was on court imposed conditions which included a curfew that he was violating. The man also had two active arrest warrants issued by Hanover Police for Theft and previous court order violations. The man was taken into custody and put before bail court. The man was subsequently released by the courts. Later that day the same man was again observed in violation of his curfew. He was again arrested, charged and held for a bail hearing in Walkerton Court.
Man Charged with Bail Violations Twice in Same Day
