On Monday, June 12^th, 2023, Hanover Police received a report of a possible breach of bail conditions. Through investigation police determined that a female who had posted bail for an accused person was revoking her surety. She dropped the male off in Hanover. Therefor the man was in violation of a court ordered curfew on serious charges from another court jurisdiction.  The man was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with violating his release conditions. He was also bound by a term of probation from previous charges so was further charged with Failure to Keep the Peace. He was held for a bail hearing in Walkerton.
