On Sunday, August 13^th, 2023, members of the Hanover Police investigated a report of a Breach of Court Conditions at the Hanover Fair. Through investigation, it was learned that a 38-year-old Guelph man was at the fair while on court conditions not to be where children are present. Hanover Police located and arrested the man without incident. He was charged under the Criminal Code with Failure to Comply and held for a bail hearing in Walkerton Court.
