On Saturday, August 26^th, 2023, members of the Hanover Police Service conducted a traffic stop on 10^th Street. After speaking with the driver police determined that their license was subject to several suspensions. The 31-year-old driver was charged under the Criminal Code with Prohibited Operation of a Motor Vehicle. He was also charged with several Highway Traffic Act offences. He was released with an upcoming court date in Walkerton. The driver’s vehicle was also impounded.
