On Friday, July 9^th, 2021, members of the Hanover Police Service were notified of a mischief occurrence in the Walmart parking lot. The mischief consisted of a parked motor vehicle being scratched. Through investigation a suspect was identified and later arrested on Thursday, July 29^th, 2021. Hanover Police have charged a 53-year-old West Grey man under the Criminal Code with Mischief. He was released with an upcoming court date in Walkerton.
