On Wednesday, May 31^st, 2023, members of the Hanover Police responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of 7^th Avenue. Through investigation, police determined that a 58-year-old male and 54-year-old female had assaulted each other. Neither required medical attention. Both were charged with Assault and later released with an upcoming court date in Walkerton.
