On Tuesday, July 29^th, 2023, Hanover Police responded to a stolen vehicle report in the 600 block of 10^th Street. The vehicle was later located by police parked in the Hanover Park. The vehicle was occupied by a well-known 28-year-old woman of NFA. Hanover Police arrested the woman who actively resisted officers. The woman has been charged under the Criminal Code with Theft of Motor Vehicle, Possession of Stolen Property Over $5000.00 and Resisting Arrest. She was held in custody pending a bail hearing in Walkerton
