On Wednesday, August 16^th, 2023, Hanover Police took report of a disturbance, which had occurred several days earlier in the 800 block of 10^th Street. During the investigation police formed grounds to believe that, a female youth had assaulted another person. The victim did not require medical attention. Hanover Police have charged the female youth under the Criminal Code with Assault. She has an upcoming court date in Walkerton.
