On Wednesday, April 21^st, 2021, members of the Hanover Police attended a disturbance in the 200 block of 11^th Avenue. Through investigation, it was determined that a Hanover woman had assaulted another person during a verbal argument. The same woman damaged property inside the residence. Hanover Police have charged the woman under the Criminal Code with Assault and Mischief. She was released from police custody with an upcoming court date in Walkerton.
