Hanover Police continues to investigate a dirt bike rider that failed to stop for police on the afternoon of Saturday, November 12^th, 2022. The rider was first observed by police in the 26^th Avenue/17^th Street area. The dirt bike was described as dark green with numbers on the front cowl. The driver appeared to be a younger male wearing a full-face helmet.
