On Saturday, June 23^rd, 2023, Hanover Police while on patrol observed a known 39-year-old male at the address of a person he was on conditions to stay away from. The conditions stemmed from previous offences involving the two. Hanover Police arrested the man without incident. He was charged under the Criminal Code with several counts of breaching a release order. He was further charged with breaching his probation. He was released from custody with an upcoming court date in Walkerton.
