On Tuesday, November 23^rd, 2021, Hanover Police responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of 9^th Avenue.   Through investigation police determined that a 24-year-old Hanover woman had assaulted another person after a verbal dispute. The victim did not require medical attention. The woman was arrested and charged with Assault under the Criminal Code. She was released from custody with an upcoming court date in Walkerton.
