On Tuesday, November 30^th, 2021, Hanover Police responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of 11^th Avenue.   Through investigation, police determined that a 36-year-old Cambridge woman had assaulted another person with a metal object after a verbal dispute. The victim did not require medical attention. The woman was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with Uttering Threats and Assault with a Weapon. She was released from custody with an upcoming court date in Walkerton.
