On Monday, April 11^th, 2022, Hanover Police responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of 18^th Avenue. Police investigation determined that a West Grey youth had assaulted another person. The victim did not require medical attention. The same youth also damaged property belonging to the victim. Hanover Police arrested and charged the youth under the Criminal Code with Assault and Mischief. He was released with an upcoming court date in Walkerton.
