On Wednesday, May 5^th, 2021, Hanover Police responded to a disturbance within the Town of Hanover. Through investigation, it was revealed that a 47-year-old male had assaulted another person. The victim did not require medical attention. The male also broke property belonging to the victim. Hanover Police arrested the male charging him under the Criminal Code with Assault and Mischief. He was released from custody with an upcoming court date in Walkerton.
