On Saturday, November 27^th, 2021, members of the Hanover Police Service responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of 5^th Avenue. Police determined after speaking with the involved parties that a 16-year-old female had assaulted another person. The same female was also on court ordered conditions not to be around the victim. Hanover Police located and arrested the female charging her under the Criminal Code with Assault and Failure to Comply. She was released with an upcoming court date in Walkerton.
